Provide health providers with skills and simple practice to reconnect to our resilience, and inspiration and return to enjoying resting and thriving on the manifestation of our vocation in taking care of patients and the practice of medicine in all her forms.• If you feel tired, overwhelmed, impatient, under pressure, not appreciated at your true value, isolated, utilized as a care provider, misunderstood, at risk of making mistakes because of stress

- Goal of the course:
· Increase our capacity to stay present and compassionate facing overwhelm and suffering.

Teaching offered:
Short programs
A. 1 to 3 meetings to introduce mindfulness
B. 6 session course to explore and restore availability, vitality, health, self care, stress management
C. Using Mindfulness at the clinic: A 10 session course to increase awareness, and adopt mindfulness as a part of our daily life
D. Workshops of 1 or 2 days in person programs
